Step Into Studios is a fully-equipped professional studio designed by creatives for creatives. It's normal to have some questions so if you won't find an answer here just get in touch via email.

Bookings

If we have availability, we would love you to extend your shoot with us. You will be charged according to the rates on our services page.

We would love to shoot and edit your photos/video. Your work will be shot and edited by Fortem Media in the Step Into space. We would love to hear from you about your upcoming project at create@stepintostudios.com

We require a minimum of 4-Hours notice. If you need our space urgently, please email create@stepintostudios.com

Equipment & Amenities

As the creative child of Fortem Media, we have a lot of equipment up to rent. This will have to be inquired about separately. Feel free to email create@stepintostudios.com regarding any equipment.

If we don’t have a colour that you would like we are happy to organise you a colour that you would like for $75.00. Please give us at least 3 days notice to organise this for you.

There is street parking outside of our studio on Chandos Street.

 

Cancellations

Step Into Studios has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should You cancel before this period, You will receive a full refund of the booking.

  • Cancellation within 48 Hours will incur a fee of 30% of your total booking fee.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours will incur a fee of 50% of your total booking fee.
  • Cancellation on the day of your shoot will incur a fee of 100% of your total booking fee.

Creative

We would love to repost your content on our socials. We will credit all those involved. Please specify if you would like us not to.
